Front beam, original item, Sway-a-way adjusters, narrowed 48mm cut at end of inner bushes & fitted with strengthening collars & clearanced shock towers. Powder coated hammer silver. New roller bearings & grease seals fitted. Original trailing arms powder coated gloss black. New steering box hand detailed gloss black. Powder coated silver steering shaft. New do-nut. Cut down steering arms powder coated gloss black. New steering damper hand detailed gloss black. 4 new track rod ends. CB dropped spindles hand detailed gloss black. New king & link pins. Cross-drilled discs with 5x130 pcd, studs fitted, new wheel bearings & seals. New '67> brake callipers hand detailed red. New pads.

Dual circuit master cylinder & reservoir, new metal lines. Goodridge flexi hoses. Pedal assy powder coated gloss black. New pedal rubbers. New clutch cable & conduit. New throttle cable & conduit. New gearshift bush & coupling. All inspection plates powder coated gloss black.

AO Gearbox, as fitted to 1600 models. New clutch arm bushes. New gearbox mounts. New input shaft seal. Early short shafts, powder coated gloss black. Bolt on brake pipe clamps, powder coated silver. New axle gaiters. Fresh gear oil. New spring plate bushes. Powder coated spring plates & covers, gloss black. New rear wheel bearings. New rear hub seals. New EMPI rear disk kit, cross-drilled with 5x130 pcd, studs fitted. Detailed callipers in red. New handbrake cables. New pads.

Engine. AS41 case, Stock 1600cc. New 30hp style doghouse fan housing, stock head tin, all tin powder coated hammer silver. 12volt alternator. Bosch blue coil. 009 dizzy with electronic ignition. Electric fuel pump. 200mm clutch.

Body, Original item, shot blasted & etched primed. Replacement front panel & spare wheel tray. Inner front arches repaired. Closing panel under channel to O'S & replacement step. O'S ¼ panel repairs. Tidy welds to luggage area & rear inner arches. Replace rear bumper mounts. Repair & modify rear valance for single exhaust cut out. Tidy previous de-chroming. Remove bonnet & deck lid seals. Seal all welds with seam sealer. Stone chip underside of body. Prepare body using polyester filler. 2K high build primer. 2K oceanic blue topcoat. Flat & polish with 1500 wet & dry. Mop with G3 for shine. Hand polish to finish. (100+hours spent). Repeat process for doors, bonnet, deck lid & minor fittings. New fibreglass front wings +20mm wider. Used fibreglass rear wings, prep & paint as above. Outlaw stipes are painted with 2pac full gloss & striped with one shot enamel.

All fittings were powder coated gloss black, including: Bonnet hinges, bonnet catch, bonnet cable tube. Inspection covers, fuel tank & retainers, wiper motor cover & mechanism, ash tray, support bar, steering column, door stops, window lifter mechanisms, door support bars, door operating rods, ¼ light frames, window guides. Heater channel air vent covers, rear heater ducts, deck lid hinges & spring.
New window rubbers, door rubbers, window felts. New window sashes. New alloy T-bars. NOS bonnet handle. New repro door handles. New repro deck lid T handle. Sedan badge from Peugeot 306 sedan. New German running boards.
Re-wired front & rear looms, joined to factory wiring. New bulbs all round. New horn. New Lucas front indicators. US spec headlights with powder coated buckets in gloss black. Porsche head light glass or tinted flat glass. New 2000 spec washer bottle & pump.

Interior, Front rubber mats, kick panel carpet, rear luggage carpet. Hand made head liner, EMPI seats on original item runners, powder coated gloss black. Bugpack shifter, Grant wood rim wheel, Autometer pro-comp speedo in silver, Autometer silver monster tach & shift light. Sparco 3 point harnesses. New sun visors. New glove box latch.

Wheels. Genuine Porsche cookie cutters 6x15 front with 175/65x15 tyres. 7x15 rear with 195/65x15 tyres. New wheel domed nuts, & gold crested centre caps.
